Our team will take the hard part away for you on your search for household staff from Personal Assistants to Chefs, Drivers, CPO’s and Gardeners. We will source, interview, reference and document check all potential candidates. Then with your selected candidates, we will organise interviews, trials and a contract should you require one.

Costs vary depending on the staff member required and the amount of hours they work each week so please enquire within for more information on salaries.

Relocation Packages

For families relocating either to or from the UK that need to replace the majority of their team we offer packages that involve not only matching the fit for the Client but also ensuring that the team are the right fit to work alongside each other creating a seamless transition for all.

What are the Agency’s fees and what are my responsibilities?

We charge one month’s net salary before pension of the candidate as our placement fee. This fee is due at the time of booking to secure the candidate, until this fee is settled the booking will not be secure and the candidate will still be interviewing for other roles. WrightAdvice allows one trial day with the candidate with no Agency Fee, thereafter the Client will be charged a £100 registration fee and £20 per day, inline with the Agency’s Temporary Fee. This fee will be deducted from the permanent fee if the Client wishes to hire the candidate.

It is your responsibility to inform us directly if you wish to make an offer of employment to the candidate.

If in the first 4 weeks of the candidate starting you decide they are not right, we will offer one free replacement of your choice, although we advise you to try and resolve any issues first. The date you need to inform us by will be stated at the time of booking. The free replacement search will be active for up to 8 weeks, providing we have supplied you with at least 10 new applicants meeting all of the criteria.
